How do I restart my subscription?
You can restart your subscription at any time through your account. Before restarting, your request may be reviewed to ensure your treatment remains safe and appropriate.
How to restart your subscription
- Log in to your account
- Go to Manage My Subscription
- Select the option to restart your subscription
- Confirm your details and proceed
Once completed, your subscription will resume and your next order will be scheduled.
If your subscription was cancelled by mistake
If your subscription was cancelled unintentionally (for example, due to a payment method being removed or revoked), you can restart it through your account.
You may receive an email notification about this change. In some cases, this email may be sent via our payment provider (e.g. Shopify) to confirm that your payment method has been removed following cancellation.
If the cancellation was recent, you may be able to restore your subscription more easily:
- If you restart your subscription within 24 hours, your previous payment method may still be available and your subscription can resume without needing to re-enter details
- After 24 hours, your payment method may be removed and you will need to add your payment details again to restart your subscription
Your previous schedule may not always be retained, and a new billing cycle may apply.
Important: Clinical review and treatment gaps
If there has been a gap in your treatment, your restart request may be subject to clinical review.
This is to ensure your medication and dosage are still safe for you.
Depending on the length of the gap, you may be required to:
- Confirm your most recent dose
- Provide details of your previous treatment
- Restart at a lower dose
- Complete an additional clinical check
Your prescriber will determine the most appropriate next steps based on your treatment history.
Restarting after a longer break
If you have not taken your medication for a period of time, you may not be able to continue at your previous dose.
In some cases, you may need to restart your treatment at a lower dose to ensure safety and tolerability.
Payment details when restarting
If your subscription was cancelled, your payment method may have been removed for security reasons.
This means:
- You may need to re-enter your payment details when restarting
- Billing will resume once your subscription is active again
Timing of your restart
Once your subscription is restarted:
- Your next order will be scheduled based on your new start date
- Payment will be taken when your order is processed
- You can manage or adjust your schedule at any time
Important notes
- All subscription restarts are subject to clinical approval
- Treatment and dosage may be adjusted for safety
- Payment details may need to be re-entered after cancellation
- Restarting your subscription will create a new billing cycle
