You can place an additional order at any time through your subscription portal. This is useful if you need your medication earlier than your scheduled refill date, or if you want to adjust the timing of your treatment plan.
Step 1: Log in to Your Account

Go to our website and click Log In (top right).

Enter your email address and use the secure code sent to your inbox.

Once signed in, navigate to the Manage My Subscription tab.
Step 2: Choose How You’d Like to Order
Within the Manage My Subscription tab, select to 'Place new order'.
You’ll see two options when placing a new order.
We always recommend 'Place order now and reset the schedule'.

Option 1: Place Order Now

Sends an extra order immediately in addition to your existing schedule.

Your next scheduled delivery date remains unchanged.

Best if you need a one-off early supply but want to keep your future refill dates the same.
Option 2: Place Order Now and Reset Schedule

Sends an order immediately and shifts your subscription schedule forward by 4 weeks.

Your next refill will be 4 weeks from the date of this new order.

Best if you want to realign your treatment plan so all future deliveries follow the new timing.
Example Scenarios

If your regular refill is due in 10 days but you need an extra supply right now, choose Place Order Now. You’ll get an immediate delivery, and your next scheduled refill will still arrive in 10 days.

If your refill is due in 10 days but you’d rather reset your schedule to start from today, choose Place Order Now and Reset Schedule. You’ll receive your delivery now, and your next order will arrive in 4 weeks from today instead of 10 days.

You can always view and adjust your upcoming order dates once the new order has been confirmed.
