How to Switch Between Plans

You can easily switch between a Maintenance (Same-Dose) Subscription and an Auto-Titration Subscription at any time through your online portal.

Switching from Maintenance → Auto-Titration

If you are on a Maintenance plan and would like your dose to increase automatically every 4 weeks:

1. Log in to your account

   • Sign in using your email and secure login code.

   • Go to Manage My Subscription.

2. Edit your current subscription

   • Find your active medication and click Edit.

3. Add the Auto-Titration service

   • Click Add Item.

   • Search for “Auto-Titration”.

   • Select “Gradual Dose Increases for Weight Loss Treatments” (this will appear in your account as a separate service at £0.00).

4. Save your changes

   • Once added, click Save.

   • You will now see both your medication and the Auto-Titration service listed in your subscription. Your dose will automatically increase every 4 weeks.

Switching from Auto-Titration → Maintenance

If you are on Auto-Titration and want to remain on your current dose without further increases:

1. Go to Manage My Subscription

   • Log in and open your subscription portal.

2. Edit your current subscription

   • Click Edit next to your medication.

3. Remove the Auto-Titration service

   • In your subscription items, select the Auto-Titration service and remove it.

4. Save your changes

   • Click Save.

   • Your plan will now continue at your current dose as a Maintenance (Same-Dose) Subscription.

Flexibility with Both Plans

Whichever plan you choose, your subscription remains fully flexible. You can:

• Pause or skip a delivery

• Reschedule your next order date

• Update your payment method or address

• Switch between Maintenance and Auto-Titration again at any time
