Once signed up, you can manage your subscription directly from your online portal.
Step 1: Log In and Access Your Subscription

Log in to your account.

Click the figure icon in the top right-hand corner.

Select the Manage My Subscription tab.

Choose your active subscription.
Change Your Dose

Click Edit next to your medication.

Select Add Item and choose your new dose.

Remove your old dose if needed.

Click Save.
Pause or Resume Your Subscription

Pause: Click Pause Subscription (bottom of the page).

Resume: Click Resume Subscription.
Skip a Scheduled Delivery

Go to Upcoming Orders.
-
Click Skip Payment next to the order you want to skip.
-
Your subscription will continue from the next scheduled order.
Change Billing or Delivery Date

Go to your upcoming order.
-
Select Reschedule.

Pick your new date and click Save.
Place a New Order
Select to place new order.
We always recommend Place Order Now and Reset Schedule.

Place Order Now → Sends an additional order immediately while keeping your next scheduled refill unchanged.

Place Order Now and Reset Schedule → Sends an order immediately and moves your next refill 4 weeks later.
Update Your Payment Method

In the Payment Details section, click Request email to update payment method.

Follow the secure link sent to your inbox to update your card details.
Full Flexibility
With either subscription type, you can:

Skip, pause, or reschedule deliveries

Change your dose anytime

Switch between Maintenance and Auto-Titration

Update billing and payment details
