Whether you are on a Maintenance (Same-Dose) plan or an Auto-Titration plan, you have full control over your subscription from your online portal. Below are the key actions you can take:
Change Your Dose

Click Edit next to your medication.

Select Add Item and choose your new dose.

Remove the old dose if needed.

Click Save to confirm.
Pause or Resume Your Subscription

To pause: Click Pause Subscription at the top right of the page.

To resume: Click Resume Subscription from the same location.
Skip a Scheduled Delivery

To skip a specific order, go to your upcoming orders.

Select Skip Payment next to the dose you want to skip.

Your subscription will automatically move to the following scheduled order.
Change Your Billing or Delivery Date

Under your upcoming order, select Reschedule.

Choose your new date.
-
Click Save to confirm
Place a New Order

Place Order Now → Sends an additional order immediately, while keeping your existing schedule unchanged.

Place Order Now and Reset Schedule → Sends an immediate order and shifts your future refill schedule forward by 4 weeks.
Update Your Payment Method

Click Request email to update payment in the payment details section.

Follow the secure link sent to your inbox to update your card details.
Full Flexibility
With either plan, you can:

Skip, pause, or reschedule deliveries

Adjust your dose

Switch between Maintenance and Auto-Titration
