Switching your treatment plan between Mounjaro and Wegovy
If you would like to switch your treatment between Mounjaro(Tirzepatide) and Wegovy (Semaglutide), you can request this through your account. All requests are subject to clinical review to ensure the change is safe and appropriate based on your medical history and current treatment.

What to expect when switching
- Your new treatment must be approved by a prescriber
- You may be started on a different dose, even if you were previously on treatment
- Your treatment plan may be adjusted based on your response and clinical guidance

✔ Different Medications, Different Strengths – Mounjaro and Wegovy affect the body in different ways. Starting low helps your body adjust safely.
✔ Reducing Side Effects – Both medications can cause nausea, vomiting, or stomach discomfort. A lower starting dose helps prevent these effects.
✔ Avoiding Overdosing – The dosages of Wegovy and Mounjaro are not equivalent, so taking the same strength in a new medication could be too much for your body.

Your future orders and pricing may change depending on the treatment selected, including where dosage adjustments are required. Any applicable subscription discounts, including the 10% subscription discount, will continue to be applied where eligible.
