How do i track my order from Rightangled?
You can track your order once it has been dispatched using the tracking details provided in your account and email updates.
How tracking works
Tracking becomes available once your order has been dispatched. You can access your tracking link through your dispatch confirmation email.
Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may not appear in real time, but will update as your order progresses through the delivery network.
If your tracking hasn’t updated
Tracking updates may be delayed due to:
- Courier processing times
- Transit or routing updates
- Delays in parcel scanning
In most cases, tracking will update as your order progresses.
If you cannot track your order
If you are unable to access tracking:
- Check your email inbox and spam folder
- Allow time for dispatch confirmation
- Contact support if the issue continues
Please have your order number available when contacting support to help us assist you more quickly.
