UK parcel returns

At Rightangled Pharmacy, we adhere to strict safety and compliance regulations regarding the handling of medication. As a result, our returns policy is as follows:

No returns accepted on medication

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns on medication.
  • If any medication is returned to us, it will be immediately disposed of, and the patient will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • We highly recommend that patients review our Terms & Conditions before proceeding with their purchase to ensure full clarity on our policies.

Returns due to failed delivery

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we can hold the item for up to 30 days. (Please note, if your order is marked return to sender it may take up to 30 days for it to be returned to our HQ).

  • After 30 days or once the medication is deemed unsafe for use, the medication will be disposed of, and the patient will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • Within the 30-day holding period, patients have the option to:

    • Request a re-shipment, provided they cover the additional shipping fee.
    • Collect their order in person from our HQ at:
