- Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns on medication, whether for UK or international orders.
- If any medication is returned to us, it will be immediately disposed of, and the patient will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we can hold the item for up to 30 days.

After 30 days, the medication will be disposed of, and the patient will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
