Rightangled didn’t start as a pharmacy. It started with a moment that didn’t sit right.

A treatment was prescribed. It didn’t work. It caused side effects. And the real issue became obvious very quickly. The treatment wasn’t built around the person taking it.

That was the starting point.

Rightangled was originally built as a DNA testing and research company, focused on one idea. Healthcare should be personal. Not average. Not one-size-fits-all.

Early on, the work centred around genetic testing that actually meant something in real life. Understanding your heart health. Knowing how your body responds to certain medications. Getting clarity on diet, nutrition, and even how to train more effectively. The goal was simple. Remove the guesswork.

That work evolved into research, product development, and new ways of thinking about how care should be delivered. Not reactive. Not generic. But tailored, informed, and built around the individual.

From there, expanding into treatment was the natural next step.

Today, Rightangled brings that same thinking into how you access care.

You complete a consultation in your own time.
A qualified clinician reviews your information properly.
If treatment is suitable, a prescription is issued based on you, not a template.

Rightangled takes care of the clinical side. The consultation. The assessment. The prescribing. It does not dispense medication.

Once your prescription is approved, it is sent to Medetone, a UK pharmacy regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council. Medetone sits within the same group under Sibie Holding and is responsible for dispensing your medication and carrying out the final checks.

From there, Rightangled takes over again to make sure your treatment reaches you quickly and reliably.

It’s a setup designed with intention. Clinical decisions are kept separate from dispensing. Standards stay high. Accountability stays clear.

Rightangled is regulated by the Care Quality Commission for its clinical services. Medetone is regulated by the GPhC for pharmacy services.

Not everyone will be approved for treatment. And that’s exactly how it should be. Every decision is made with safety and suitability in mind.
