We would recommend that for any international travel, to make sure you order your sample test kit well in advance and to make sure you allow yourself amble time to send the sample to the lab.
Our labs are open 7 days a week. However, due to the high demand of deliveries, Royal Mail may cause delays with sample returns Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to receive your results in time for Monday morning if your sample is sent over the weekend.
If you are pressed for time and preparing for international travel, we suggest you arrange a private courier to deliver your sample directly to the lab. You can also drop your sample directly at any of our partner drop off testing centres across the UK.
Alternatively, choosing our private courier service at checkout (Only for users based in London at the moment) would ensure your sample is returned to the lab on the same day for analysis.
