Can I place an order for someone else on my account?

No, orders must be placed under the intended recipient’s own account.

To ensure patient safety, comply with GDPR regulations, and follow best medical practices, we require that all treatment requests be made only for personal use on the account holder’s behalf. If someone you know requires our services, they will need to create their own account and place the order directly.

It is not possible to submit a prescription request for another individual using your account. Our medical professionals rely on the information linked to each account to safely assess eligibility and prescribe treatment. Using someone else’s details could lead to incorrect medical assessments and is therefore not permitted.

Additionally, under GDPR regulations, we are unable to discuss an account with you unless it is registered under your own name. This means any queries or changes must be handled by the account holder directly.

If you need any assistance with creating an account or placing an order, please let us know.
