What happens after you place your first order?

After your treatment is approved, your first order is created, prescribed, and prepared for delivery. You will also be onboarded with the information you need to safely receive, understand, and begin your treatment.

How the first order process works?

Order is created
Once your treatment is approved, your first order is automatically generated based on the prescribed treatment.

Prescription and preparation
A qualified clinician issues your prescription, and your treatment is prepared for dispatch.

Dispatch and delivery
Your order is shipped to your selected address. You may receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Access your account
You can log into your account to view your order status, track delivery, and manage your treatment.

Receive treatment instructions
You will be provided with guidance on how to use your treatment safely, including dosage and administration instructions where applicable.
