Video Verification Instructions
To ensure compliance with these guidelines, please carefully follow the instructions below when recording your video:
1. Recording Setting & Full-Body View
- Ensure you are in a private setting.
- The video must capture a full-body view (head to toe).
- To achieve this, you may:
- Ask someone to hold the camera and record you.
- Record yourself in front of a mirror.
- Place your camera on a steady surface and move 2 meters back.
2. Video Content – Questions to Answer
In your video, kindly state the following:
- Confirm your full name.
- State today's date (or the date of recording).
- Share your height and current weight.
- Mention any history of medical conditions.
- Explain if there is anything medical or in your lifestyle that may be contributing to your weight.
3. Submitting Your Video
