Once you’ve received an email saying that your results are ready, please follow these guidelines to view and understand your results:

Step 1 — Go to www.rightangled.co and click ‘Login’ to access your online portal

Step 2 — Your Food & Diet test results can be found under the Fitness DNA card. Scroll down to the Fitness DNA test card and click ‘Report’ on the top right of the card

The Food & Diet test results are split into two categories. You can switch between these categories by clicking on them on the left-hand side.

        1. Diet & Nutrition
        2. Body & Weight Management

These two categories have their own subcategories. You can filter through these by clicking on them.

Each subcategory contains an overview of the category, with a summary of your result on the right. It will provide you with information about your genotype (a set of genes passed down from parents to offsprings), phenotype (your observable traits), and your risk score for a certain health condition.

Lastly, it will explain what your result means and give recommendations about what you can do. At the bottom of the page, you'll find all the key scientific references used.
