How do charges and billing work on my account?

Understand your charges, billing schedule, and how to manage payments with ease

Understand how you are charged and manage your billing with confidence

This guide explains how charges work on Rightangled, what to expect on your billing statements, and how to manage any billing-related queries.

How billing works

Rightangled charges depend on the service or product you are using. These may include:

  • One-time payments for individual orders
  • Recurring charges for subscription-based services
  • Additional charges where applicable (e.g. upgrades or changes to your plan)

All charges are processed using your selected payment method at checkout or on your scheduled billing date.

When are you charged

  • One-time orders: You are charged at the point of purchase
  • Subscriptions: You are charged automatically based on your renewal schedule (e.g. every 4 weeks)
  • New orders on subscription: If you manually place an order, you may be charged immediately depending on your selection

It’s important to ensure your payment method is valid before your billing date to avoid interruptions.

What appears on your billing statement

Charges from Rightangled may appear on your bank statement with a descriptor linked to our service. The exact wording may vary depending on your payment provider.

If you don’t recognise a charge, we recommend checking:

  • Your recent orders
  • Your subscription activity
  • Any email confirmations from Rightangled

Managing your billing details

You can manage your billing information through your account:

  1. Log in to your Rightangled account
  2. Go to your account dashboard
  3. Access Payment Methods or Manage my subscription

From here, you can:
