To book a redelivery

Go to royalmail.com/redelivery.

Or use the Track My Parcel link with your tracking or reference number.

Enter the tracking or reference number and postcode.

Choose delivery to:

A neighbour

A local Post Office (if available)

Pick a date that suits you — it’s free!
To collect your parcel

Check if your item is ready using Track My Parcel.

Bring photo ID (passport or driving licence).

Visit your local Delivery Office to collect your item.
Things to Know

Items are held for approximately 18 days.

After that, they’ll be returned to our HQ.

Both redelivery and collection are free of charge.
