Missing item(s) in my delivery?

If your order has arrived but an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

What to check first

Before contacting support, we recommend checking the following:

  • Order confirmation
    Ensure all expected items were included in your order.
  • Packaging
    Check all packaging carefully, as items may be packed separately.
  • Multiple shipments
    Some orders may arrive in more than one delivery.

Reporting a missing item

If an item is still missing, please contact support with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) missing
  • Any relevant details about your delivery

We will review your order and investigate the issue with our pharmacy and delivery partner if required.

  • Confirm whether the item was dispatched
  • Advise on the appropriate outcome based on our findings
