Our service starts from the moment the sample is received at the lab.
We will use our best endeavors to ensure that all results are sent back from our laboratories as soon as the sample arrives and its processing is complete. Our standard Service Level Agreement for:
- COVID PCR testing is within 48 to 72 hours which we quote to our clients.
- DNA test results are 3-4 weeks from the date the sample is received at the lab.
- Blood test results are 5 to 10 working days from the date the sample is received at the lab.
Although there are times the service may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control and therefore, we are unable to guarantee specific turnaround times. Any delays that are due to the Royal Mail return delivery service are beyond our control, and we kindly ask you to arrange for the best return courier option to return your sample back to the lab. Few private couriers for London-based users are now available during checkout.
