Lost UK & International Deliveries/ Replacements

At Rightangled Pharmacy, we understand the importance of receiving your medication on time. If your parcel has not arrived as expected, please review the guidelines below for reporting lost UK and international deliveries.

UK Lost Parcels

  • Patients have up to 7 working days from the expected delivery date to notify us of a lost parcel.
  • Once reported, we will initiate an investigation within 7 working days from the expected delivery date.
  • Investigations can take up to 3 weeks to reach a resolution, though in some cases, it may be resolved sooner depending on the circumstances.

International Lost Parcels

  • Patients have up to 20 days from the shipment date to notify us if their parcel is missing.
  • If reported after 20 days, unfortunately, we cannot initiate a claim, as per DHL’s guidelines.
  • If reported within the 20-day timeframe, we will initiate an investigation, which typically takes up to 7 working days.

Replacements Policy

Lost Items & Safe Place Deliveries

  • If a patient selects a "safe place" for delivery, they do so at their own risk.
  • Rightangled Pharmacy cannot be held accountable for any lost or stolen parcels left in a safe place, as this delivery preference is solely chosen by the patient.
  • We strongly advise patients to select a secure and attended delivery location to prevent loss or theft.

Eligibility for a Replacement

  • Our pharmacy will only replace items if the courier’s investigation confirms that the item is definitely lost.
  • If an investigation concludes that an order was successfully delivered, we will not issue a replacement.
