The Same Dose Subscription is ideal for patients who prefer to maintain a consistent dose each month. With this subscription, the dose remains the same every time, providing a stable treatment plan. I will explain how to manage this subscription.
I need help managing my auto-titration subscription service.
Step one: Log into your Rightangled customer account portal. You can do this by navigating to the top right-hand side of your desktop screen or directly by following the link provided here. Just enter your email address and a code will be sent to your inbox, all you have to do next is to use the code to log in, no need for a password.
Step two: From your portal headings section, you will be able to access your:
1. Orders & Rewards: This is where you will find all your previous orders in order history and you will also find a section at the top showing your Points Rewards with a button called "View Ways to earn" which will direct you to a pop-up window on the home page where you can access and manage your points and rewards/discounts as well as your referral code.
2. Same dose subscriptions: This is where you will be able to access and manage your same dose refill subscription.
3. Access the same dose subscription tab and you will see your desired dose on this page.
4. To view the details on your subscription please select "view details"
5. To change your bank details please select the pen icon on the right side of the payment tab
6. This will show you all your previous registered cards
7. Please select the "edit" button - then select the "add" button to add your new card details
How do I check my upcoming orders and dates?
1. Select "show upcoming orders"
You will see all your upcoming order like so,
You do have the option to skip any deliveries by simply selecting the "skip" for the order you would like to skip on.
