Why We Cannot Accept Returns

Prescription medications, especially injectable treatments, are classified as controlled medical products. Once these items leave our premises, we are legally prohibited from accepting them back under any circumstances, even if they remain unopened or unused. This is to guarantee:

  • Patient safety
  • Product integrity
  • Compliance with MHRA and pharmacy regulations

Returned medications cannot be verified for appropriate storage, handling, or potential tampering, which means they must be safely disposed of and cannot be resold under any condition.


 

Cold Chain & Delivery Protocols

Many of our weight loss medications require cold chain logistics, meaning they must be kept within a specific temperature range during transit. Our packaging is specially designed to maintain the required temperature for up to 50 hours, ensuring your medication arrives in a safe and effective condition.

However, once the medication is delivered, it becomes the recipient's responsibility to ensure it is promptly received and refrigerated.

Failed deliveries, returns to sender, or delays in collection may compromise the medication, making it unusable. Unfortunately, in such cases, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.


Placing Your Order with Confidence

To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend the following before placing or receiving your order:

  • Double-check your shipping address
  • Ensure someone will be available to accept delivery
  • Track your parcel using the link provided in your dispatch email
  • If you’re subscribed, use your account to reschedule, skip, or pause upcoming deliveries
