How can I subscribe to your weight loss service? for Auto titration & Same dose subscribing

I want to subscribe to a regular weight loss treatment service, but I am unsure how to proceed.

Step two: Your results will be displayed as treatment options upon completion. Please confirm your preferred option by choosing "Subscribe and Save," as illustrated below.

Step Three: Please select the subscription you would like to proceed with if you would like your dose to titrate up each month please select "Auto titrate dose up in dose every 4 weeks 10%" 

- However, If you wish to stay on the same dose each month and not titrate up please select "Deliver every 4 weeks, 10% off" - this is suitable for patients on maintenance doses or patients that wish to stay on a select desired dose.
