If you’re awaiting a delivery, it’s important to know who to contact for updates or support. Depending on your location, your order will be handled by a specific courier:

For UK Patients – Royal Mail

If you're based in the UK, your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail.

For queries about your delivery, you can reach out to Royal Mail through their help desk:

  • From there, you can track your parcel, report a missing item, or speak to an agent using the “Chat with Us” option at the bottom right of the page.

For International Patients – DHL

If you're located outside of the UK, your parcel will be shipped via DHL.
