How to order, take your sample and return your kit to the lab?

Follow the instructions provided inside your kit for a smooth process.

 
You can purchase your kit on our website. All tests will come with a prepaid Royal Mail tracked 24 return envelope to return your sample to the lab.
 
Once your kit arrived, please ensure that your register your kit on our website. Unregistered kit will not be processed and the sample will be discarded.

Special instructions regarding Test to release "Day 5" & Fit to Travel COVID PCR Tests:
Start by contacting your airline for their testing requirements. We have found that on average most airlines ask for a negative result 72 hours prior to your arrival. However, this will depend on your country of travel and airline policy.
Once you have this information please make sure you take your sample at the correct time and date to ensure your certificate is valid for your time of travel.
If you ordered a day 5 "Test to release" kit, please count the days starting with 0 (as your date of arrival in the UK). On day 5 please take your sample and return to the lab. 
Upon taking your sample we would strongly advise opting for a private courier service or to drop your sample at one of our drop-off locations to guarantee a smooth delivery service to the lab, you can view all of our delivery options upon checkout.
