Details on how we ship your kit and the options you have for returning your sample back to our labs.
Delivery:
Order your testing kit before 1 pm (Monday to Friday) and have it delivered the next working day via DPD. Once dispatched, you can edit your delivery date and address directly via DPD's website link (you will receive it once DPD have picked up your kit).
Return:
- Standard Royal Mail Tracked 24:
Each kit will be provided with a complimentary tracked 24 return envelope to use for depositing your sampling kit in a Royal Mail Priority Mailbox. Delivery times are 1- 3 working days, excluding bank holidays (during which it might take longer to deliver).

- Private Courier (London based customers only).
Book a private driver to deliver your kits on your specified day(s), wait while you take your sample and return your sample to the lab on the same day. The courier service operates 7 days a week and the pick-up time is between 9am-6pm. We have few private courier options available at checkout to accommodate the need for the driver to collect samples on Day 2, Day 5 and/or Day 8. Please choose the right one for you at checkout.
Once ordered, you will receive an email with a booking form link, please ensure you fill that in at least 48 hours before the date when you need the driver to arrive. Once a date is picked, it cannot be changed.
- Drop off directly at one of our partner testing centres in London
You can also drop off your sample at one of the 5 available testing centres across London. Find the one nearest to your location on this map here.
The available drop off centres are marked in Yellow and they are normally open Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. A driver will courier samples to the lab at the end of each working day.
