If you notice a change in your subscription price, there are a few common reasons why this may happen.

Understand how subscription billing, recurring rates, promotional discounts, and dose changes affect your ongoing charges.

Introductory & Promotional Discounts

  • First-Order Only: Introductory promotions, welcome offers, and influencer discount codes apply exclusively to your initial order, unless explicitly designated as a multi-month or lifetime recurring promotion.

  • Standard Renewal Rate: Subsequent subscription renewals automatically rebill at the standard retail price for your prescribed treatment and dosage tier.

Factors That Affect Your Renewal Price

  1. Dosage Increases & Treatment Plans:

    As you progress through your treatment titration schedule (e.g., titrating up from starter doses of Mounjaro or Wegovy to higher maintenance strengths), medication pricing increases to reflect the higher dosage tier.

  2. Product or Treatment Switches:

    Switching between different medications or active ingredients will automatically update your subscription billing to match the standard pricing for that specific product.

How to Apply a Discount Code to an Active Subscription

If you receive a recurring promotional code, account credit voucher, or valid promotional discount, you can apply it directly within your patient dashboard:

  1. Log in to your Rightangled Patient Portal.

  2. Navigate to the Subscription tab.

  3. Locate your active subscription and enter your code into the Discount Code field.

  1. Click Apply / Save Changes.

Critical Timing & Policy Guidelines

  • Pre-Renewal Requirement: All promotional codes must be applied before your renewal date and prior to automatic payment capture.

  • No Retrospective Discounts: Once an automatic renewal charge has been processed and submitted for clinical review, discounts cannot be applied retrospectively, and partial refunds will not be issued for missed codes.

  • Final Price Visibility: Exact upcoming charges are visible in your 24-hour pre-billing notification email and within your account portal prior to payment capture.
