Why has my subscription price changed?
If you notice a change in your subscription price, there are a few common reasons why this may happen.
Introductory discounts and promotional codes
If you used an introductory or influencer promotional code on your first order, this will usually apply to the initial order only.
Future subscription orders will be charged at the standard price, unless a recurring offer has been clearly stated.
Changes to your treatment or dosage
Your subscription price may change if your treatment or dosage is adjusted.
Higher dosages or different treatment plans may be priced differently.
Plan or product changes
If you switch to a different plan or product, the price of your subscription will update to reflect the new selection.
Applying discount codes to your subscription
If you have an ongoing or valid discount code, you can apply it to your subscription through your account:
- Log into your account portal
- Go to Manage your subscription
- Enter your code in the “Apply discount code” section
- Save your changes before your next renewal date
Discounts must be applied before your subscription renews to take effect.

We are unable to apply discounts or issue refunds after a subscription has already renewed.
What to expect
- The first order may include a discounted price
- Ongoing subscription orders are typically charged at the standard rate
- Any changes to your treatment or plan may affect pricing
Important notes
- All pricing is shown at checkout before you confirm your order
- Promotional discounts are applied only where specified
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable rate unless changes are made
- Discount codes must be applied before renewal and cannot be applied retrospectively
